Water rates for monthly service shall be as fixed from time to time by the Town Council. In addition to these rates, Council reserves the right to negotiate and grant special rates to large industrial or commercial customers as deemed to be in the best interest of the town. The town also reserves the right to change or adjust utility rates from time to time as needed.
