§ 53.12 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY.
   In the interest of the public health and safety, the town shall be permitted to take emergency action as may be deemed necessary in the operation of the water system, including the right to close down any water line or portion of the water system for the purpose of making corrections, alterations or repairs.
