(A) Effective the first billing cycle after the effective date of the adoption of this subchapter, each metered customer shall pay a monthly usage charge in accordance with the schedule of gas rates and charges.
(B) Charges for monthly service shall be comprised of a basic facilities charge, a distribution/transportation charge and purchased gas charge (PGC). Additional meter and/or demand charges may apply to certain categories of industrial customers.
