The following terms, conditions and charges shall apply to all industrial customers who shall contract for preferred interruptible gas service.
(A) Service in this category shall be available on all occasions except when the use of gas by those who have contracted for a firm supply of gas shall exhaust the supply of gas available.
(B) Gas purchased shall be paid for at the rate established by Council or its designee.
(C) A deposit set by Council shall be paid by each customer prior to the occasion when service to the customer shall commence.
