Elected Village officers shall complete annual training programs in compliance with the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, 5 ILCS 430/1-1 et seq. ("Act") and as designated by the Village concerning the prevention of discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment. Allegations of sexual harassment by an elected Village officer against another elected Village officer shall be reported to the Ethics Adviser, who will provide for the conducting of an independent review of any such allegations in compliance with the Act.
