Section 5.76.050   Valet parking permit term.
   A.   A valet parking permit issued pursuant to this chapter shall be valid only for one calendar year from the date of issuance of the permit.
   B.   Renewal of a valet parking permit shall be submitted to the Village not later than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the applicant's existing valet parking permit.
