The Assistant Village Manager shall be subject to the control and direction of the Village Manager. Subject to the approval of the Village Manager, the Assistant Village Manager shall have the following duties, functions and responsibilities:
A. Provide oversight and management related to human resources, benefits administration, annual budget, internal and external Village communications, strategic planning, and economic development;
B. Undertake such special projects as the Village Manager shall identify; and
C. Perform such other duties pertaining to Village operations as may be assigned by the Village Manager.
