   B.   Rear Yard Abutting a Side Yard. Where the rear yard abuts a side yard of an adjoining property, the rear yard setback shall be no less than the minimum side yard requirement established for the adjoining property pursuant to section 17.30.060 of this title.
   C.   Requirements for Certain Irregularly Shaped Lots. If a lot forms a point at the rear, or if the rear lot line extended forms an angle of more than forty-five (45) degrees with the front lot line extended, the rear lot line and the rear yard setback shall be established for zoning purposes by the Zoning Administrator so as to conform as closely as practicable to the intent and purposes of this title to require uniform rear yards and appropriate spacing between buildings.
