E. Minimum Lot Width for Special Uses in the R-1 Zoning District. The zoning lot on which any special use permitted in the R-1 zoning district is located shall have an average lot width of no less than 300 feet.
F. Large Lot Consolidations. The consolidation of any number of lots that results in a lot that is greater than two times the minimum average lot width for the lots in question as established in Section 17.30.020 of the Zoning Ordinance is only permitted by a special use permit granted pursuant to Chapter 17.56 of the Zoning Ordinance.
