   G.   Exceptions for Special Uses in the R-1 Zoning District. The zoning lot on which any special use permitted in the R-1 zoning district is located shall have a lot area of no less than 5 acres.

   H.   Large Lot Consolidations. The consolidation of any number of lots that results in a lot that is greater than two times the minimum lot size for the lot in question as established in Section 17.30.010 of the Zoning Ordinance is only permitted by a special use permit granted pursuant to Chapter 17.56 of the Zoning Ordinance.
