A. In furtherance of the principal objectives of this title the Village is divided into the following ten (10) districts:
R-5 Single-Family Residential District
R-4 Single-Family Residential District
R-3 Single-Family Residential District
R-2 Single-Family Residential District
R-1 Single-Family Residential District
B-1 Multifamily Residential District
B-2 Multifamily Residential District
C-1 Neighborhood Commercial District
C-2 General Retail Commercial District
D Light industrial District
B. C-2 Commercial Overlay District. In addition to the districts established in the foregoing subsection A, there shall be an additional layer of regulations in certain portions of the C-2 General Retail Commercial District, which shall be known as the "C-2 Commercial Overlay District." The regulations applicable to the C-2 Commercial Overlay District shall be incorporated into Chapter 17.44 of this code.
C. WTSF — Wireless Telecommunications Service Facilities. In addition to the districts established in subsection A, above, there shall be an additional layer of regulations governing the siting of wireless telecommunications service facilities, as set forth in Chapter 17.52 of this code.
