Section 16.04.040   Fees.
   Any person filing an application for a land subdivision shall pay to the Village a fee in such amount as may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Village Council.
   The original approved plan for land subdivision shall remain in the custody of the Village following its approval by the Council.
