Nothing in this chapter is intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenants or deed restrictions. Where the requirements of this chapter and other ordinances, easements, covenants or deed restrictions conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
