This title establishes the minimum requirements for construction activities in the Village, and for all other matters affecting or relating to buildings, structures and site work, including but not limited to electrical equipment, engineering, fire prevention and building safety, plumbing, drainage and sanitation systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, and compliance with the tree preservation, occupancy, zoning and property maintenance requirements as provided in this code.
