A. Amendments. No modification, addition, deletion, revision, alteration, or other change to a franchise agreement shall be effective unless and until such change is reduced to writing and executed and delivered by the authorized representatives of each of the parties to the agreement.
B. Compliance with state and federal laws. The Village and licensees shall at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations of federal, state and local governments, or any administrative agencies thereof.
C. Governing law. Each franchise agreement shall be construed pursuant to the internal laws, but not the conflicts of laws rules, of the State of Illinois, except where superseded by federal law.
D. Non-discrimination. Each licensee agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment with respect to his or her hire, tenure, terms, conditions or privileges of employment, or any matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of his or her race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status or a handicap that is unrelated to that individual's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position.
