Section 14.08.030   Legislative authority
   This chapter shall be governed by the Communications Act of 1934 as amended, the Cable Communication Policy Act of 1984, the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992, and the Telecommunications Act of 1996, as now or hereinafter amended. This chapter shall also be governed by provisions of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-42-11 et seq.) as now or hereafter may be amended.
