Except as provided in Section 15.32.140 of the Winnetka Building Code, electrical service for all construction sites shall be provided through a temporary electric service connection the Village's electric distribution system. Temporary electric service shall be billed at the rate applicable to the use specified in the building permit. The use of electric generators and the drawing of electricity from adjoining properties is expressly prohibited.
