A. It is unlawful for any person to deposit on any street, alley or public place any material which may be harmful to the pavement or sidewalk, or any waste material, or anything which might in any way cause injury to any person or vehicle. (Prior code § 7.10)
B. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
