Section 10.32.050   Penalties; Impounding.
   A.   Fines. Any person who commits a violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   B.   Impounding of Bicycle. The Chief of Police, in the exercise of his discretion, may impound a bicycle used in the commission of any violation of this chapter, provided the Chief of Police determines that such impoundment is necessary to protect the public safety and prevent further violations. The impoundment shall be for a period of not more than thirty (30) days.
