When signs are erected giving notice of such restriction, no person shall park a motor vehicle at any time on any of the following streets or places:
Tower Road from the west line of Linden Avenue extended south to the west line of Vernon Avenue extended south
Willow Road from Forest Avenue to Provident Avenue
Hibbard Road
Church Road (being Ridge Road extended northerly from the Village of Kenilworth), from Winnetka Avenue to the south limit of the Village of Winnetka
Along the sidewalks on the parking lot located between the building of Winnetka Community House and Pine Street in the Village
