Section 10.08.050   Accidents, reporting.
   It is unlawful for the operator of a vehicle which has collided with any person or property in such a manner as to cause an injury or damage to any person or property, to fail or refuse to stop immediately to ascertain the extent of such injury or damage, to render such assistance as may be needed, to give his or her true name and residence to the injured person or any other persons requesting the same, and to give notice of such accident to a police officer, or if no police officer is present, then to the Village Police Department.

Section 10.08.060   Parades and processions.
   No funeral procession or parade containing two hundred (200) or more persons, or fifty (50) or more vehicles, excepting the military forces of the United States or of the state, and the forces of the Police and Fire Departments, shall occupy, march or proceed along any street except in accordance with a permit issued by the Village Manager.

Section 10.08.070   Funeral procession.
   A funeral composed of a procession of vehicles shall be identified as such by the display upon the outside of each vehicle of a pennant or other identifying insignia or by such other method as may be determined and designated by the Village Manager.
