Section 9.04.030   Prostitution.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to practice prostitution in the Village.
   B.   It is unlawful for any person to solicit on any street, alley or public place in the Village for the purpose of inducing any person to engage in prostitution or any unlawful sexual intercourse of any kind.
