Section 8.16.020   Duty of occupant to remove refuse.
   The occupant of any premises in the Village shall remove from such premises or otherwise dispose of all refuse in compliance with the provisions of this chapter, and shall keep such premises clear of any accumulation of refuse other than that which is contained in receptacles as required in this chapter.
