In addition to being subject to the enforcement proceedings provided in this chapter, including the suspension or revocation of any license issued pursuant to this chapter, any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense punishable as provided by Section 1.08 of the Village Code. In addition thereto, such persons may be enjoined from continuing such violations. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day that a violation continues.
