No person shall operate a temporary food service establishment without a permit to operate issued by the Village Sanitarian. Temporary food service permits are required of both licensed food service establishments and retail food stores within the Village as well as from other jurisdictions. Temporary food service establishments shall not open for business until they have been inspected for compliance with applicable State and Village codes, rules and regulations and have been approved for operation by the Village Sanitarian.
