Section 8.12.150   Report of Inspection
   Whenever an inspection is made of a food service establishment or retail food store, the findings shall be recorded in writing on an inspection report form provided for that purpose. The inspection report shall state the specific violations found and establish a reasonable time period within which such violations shall be corrected.
