A. The Village Sanitarian, upon displaying Village identification, shall be allowed to enter any food service establishment or retail food store at any reasonable time for the purpose of making inspections to determine compliance with this chapter.
B. The Village Sanitarian shall be allowed to examine records of the establishment, wherever maintained, to obtain information pertaining to food and supplies purchased, received or used.
C. The right of access provided under this section shall be a condition of all licenses issued pursuant to this chapter, and the denial of such access shall be deemed an interference with the Village Sanitarian in the performance of his/her duties.
