The Illinois Food Service Sanitation Code, 1998 Edition, promulgated by the Illinois Department of Public Health in Title 77 of the Illinois Administrative Code, Part 750, as amended, is adopted by reference pursuant to Article 1, Division 3 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/1-3-1 through 5/1-3-6, and the Municipal Adoption of Codes and Records Act, 50 ILCS 220/1 through 220/7, except as modified by the amendments set forth in this chapter.
