Section 5.68.170   Solicitation of passengers prohibited.
   No person shall solicit, by word, gesture or otherwise, the patronage of any person at any railway station or upon any public street or other public place in the Village. This section shall not be interpreted to prohibit normal advertising in any newspaper or magazine.
