The name of the person licensed to conduct or engage in the taxicab business in the Village shall appear in painted or other substantial lettering at least two inches high on both sides of the vehicle. If any person licensed to conduct or engage in the taxicab business in the Village operates more than one such vehicle, each vehicle shall be numbered in figures not less than two inches high and no two vehicles operated by the same licensee shall bear the same number. All lettering and numbering provided for in this section shall be of such color and of such type as to be legible at a minimum distance of twenty-five (25) feet.
