A. License required. No person shall conduct or engage in the taxicab business in the Village without first obtaining a taxicab operator's license from the Village and otherwise conforming to the requirements of this chapter.
B. Administration of licenses. The issuance and administration of taxicab operator's licenses pursuant to this chapter shall be done by the Chief of Police, subject to the direction of the Village Manager.
