Section 5.52.010   Public amusements--Regulations.
   A.   Inspections. It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police and the Fire Marshal each to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected, periodically if necessary, by a member of the Police and of the Fire Department, to insure conformity with the provisions covering such amusements and with fire regulations.
   B.   Standing in Theaters. It is unlawful to allow more persons to assemble in any theater, hall or other building than can be accommodated by the seating capacity of such building, and it is unlawful for any person to remain standing or to permit any person to remain standard throughout the performance of an amusement licensed by this chapter which is conducted or displayed in a building or hall.
   C.   Disturbances. It is unlawful to present any public amusement or show of any kind which tends to or is calculated to cause or promote any riot or public disturbance.
