Section 5.36.010   Laundries.
   A.   License. No person shall operate a laundry in the Village without a license for such laundry, and payment of the fee required. Application for such license shall state the location of the premises to be occupied and such other information as may be required by the Village Manager.
   B.   Sanitation. Premises used for laundries must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Board of Health. It is unlawful to employ any person afflicted with a communicable disease in a laundry, or for any person afflicted with such disease to work in or about such premises. Any person employed in a laundry or working in or about such premises may be required by the Health Officer to submit to a physical examination or to produce a certificate from a reputable physician showing that the provisions of this subsection relating to communicable diseases are being complied with.
   C.   Inspections. The Health Officer shall inspect or cause to be inspected every establishment licensed under this chapter at least once every six months.
