Film production, including time for set-up and restoration, shall be limited to the hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday and to the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sundays and holidays. A request for hours of production beyond those specified in this subsection may be approved by the Village Manager only after the applicant has presented a letter of understanding signed by a majority of the owners of record and occupants of property situated within five hundred (500) feet of the production location, stating their approval of the extended hours.
