No film production permit shall be issued until the permit deposit has been made. The permit deposit shall be made in cash and shall be placed by the Village in a non-interest bearing account. The Village shall be entitled to draw against the permit deposit to pay any portion of any invoice for the repair or restoration of public property that the permittee has not paid within seven (7) days of its issuance. In the event that the Village elects to draw against the permit deposit, the permittee shall be required to restore the permit deposit to its original amount within three (3) days.
