Section 5.09.230   Sanitary requirements.
   All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor or for the storage of such liquor for such sale shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and in full compliance with the provisions of this code regulating the condition of premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
