Section 5.09.140   List of licenses--Notification of certain officers of revocation, etc.
   A.   The Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall keep or cause to be kept a complete record of all licenses issued by him or her under this chapter, and shall furnish the Village Clerk, Village Treasurer and Chief of Police each with a copy of such record; upon the issuance of any new license, or the revocation of any old license, the Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall give written notice of such action to each of these officers within forty-eight (48) hours of such action.
   B.   The Local Liquor Control Commissioner shall report to the Council all of his or her acts and doings in the enforcement of this chapter and in regard to the collection of liquor license fees, the date collected, and date the fees were turned over to the Village Treasurer whenever such report is requested by the Council.
