Section 5.09.060   Unlicensed sale and service prohibited--Sale in violation of restrictions prohibited.
   A.   It is unlawful for any person who does not have a current, valid license, authorized and issued under this chapter, to sell or offer for sale in the Village any alcoholic liquor; and
   B.   It is unlawful for any person who operates a restaurant, specialty restaurant, or any other food service establishment within the Village to permit the service or consumption of alcoholic liquor at such restaurant, specialty restaurant or food service establishment without having a current, valid license, authorized and issued under this chapter; and
   C.   It is unlawful for any licensee to sell, offer for sale, serve, or allow the consumption of any alcoholic liquor except in the manner authorized by and in compliance with the terms and restrictions of the license issued to that licensee under this chapter.
