Section 4.44.020   Purpose; Scope.
   This chapter is intended to implement the Local Government Taxpayers’ Bill of Rights Act. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to the Village's procedures in connection with all Village taxes that are considered to be “ locally imposed and administered taxes” under that Act and this chapter.
