A. Village President. The Village President shall be the chief executive of the Village and shall be responsible for the enforcement of all laws and ordinances. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Council.
B. President Pro Tem. The Council shall choose one Trustee as President Pro Tem. The President Pro Tem shall preside at all meetings of the Council in the absence of the President. If the President is temporarily absent from the Village or is unable to perform the duties of that office due to disability or incapacity, the President Pro Tem shall perform the duties and possess all the rights and powers of the President, except that the President Pro Tem shall not be entitled to vote both as President Pro Tem and as Trustee.
