Section 1.04.110   Separability of provisions.
   Each section, paragraph, sentence, clause and provision of this code is separable and if any provision is held unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this code nor any part of this code, other than that part affected by such decision.
