Section 1.04.090   Village Jail.
   A.   Established. Sufficient and appropriate space now located in the building known as the Winnetka Public Safety Building, situated at 410 Green Bay Road, is established as the Village Jail.
   B.   Keeper. The Chief of Police shall be Keeper of the Jail, and shall have charge and custody of it and of all persons incarcerated in the Village Jail.
   C.   Use. All persons lawfully arrested may be incarcerated in the Village Jail until they furnish proper bail or can be given a hearing before a court of competent jurisdiction.
