The Village datum shall be and the same is established at 74.151 feet below the top of a bronze disc two and one-half inches in diameter, which is set in the stone floor outside of the east main entrance door of the Village Hall, located on the west side of Green Bay Road between Elm Street and Oak Street, the center of which bronze disc is three inches east of the north pier of such east main entrance door of the Village Hall, and one hundred eighty-four (184) feet south of the south line of Elm Street and ten and six-tenths (10.6) feet west of the west line of Green Bay Road in the Village of Winnetka, Cook County, Illinois.
