All additions and amendments to this code are hereby incorporated in this code so that a reference to this code as the “Winnetka Village Code” or to any portion thereof, or to any ordinance of the Village of Winnetka codified herein, the reference shall apply to all amendments, corrections and additions heretofore, now or hereafter made.
