(A) No cannabis dispensary may be open or conduct business between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. local time, any day of the week.
(B) Cannabis dispensaries shall not be permitted to be open or to conduct business on Sundays, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Native American Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, and other holidays as designated by City Council.
(C) A violation of this provision is subject to the imposition of a civil penalty in the amount of $500.
