§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who operates or causes to be operated a cannabis establishment without a valid license or in violation of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as the imposition of a civil penalty in the amount of $500. Each day a cannabis establishment so operates is a separate offense or violation.
