Any person desiring a license to operate as a junk dealer or as a junk yard within the corporate limits of the city, shall make application in writing to the Council and said application shall state:
(A) Name;
(B) Current mailing address;
(C) The premises where the business is or will be located or conducted and description shall be given by lot and block number or by legal description; and
(D) A site plan must be submitted showing lot lines, storage plans, type of junk stored, list number of vehicles, if applicable, and location on lot(s) where junk is to be stored.
