§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating any section of this chapter shall be punishable per § 10.99. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. In addition, such person shall pay all costs and expenses involved in the case.
   (B)   Every police officer and Code Enforcement Officer of the city, in connection with their duties imposed by law, shall diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.
