§ 93.01 SALES.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to sell, or offer for sale, or distribute or use fire crackers, Roman candles, torpedoes, sky rockets or fireworks of any description with the exception of explosive caps within the corporate limits of the city at any time of the year.
