§ 70.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Any person who shall fail to appear as required in said citation in § 70.29 at the time and place designated in said ticket shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine pursuant to § 10.99.

(B) Any person who violates § 70.46 shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to fine and/or imprisonment as provided in § 10.99.
